If the drawings are not right you can receive one of these 3 emails: regular drawings, correctable drawings and unusable drawings. What happens when these emails arrive? In this section we explain what each one means and what you should do in each case.

I HAVE RECEIVED A REGULAR DRAWING MAIL

“Some of the drawings of your order do not fully conform to the specifications marked by letsdoodletoo.com”

Our team of designers always reviews the drawings of each order that enters the web, therefore, if they detect that some of the drawings do not fully comply with the indications marked in Letsdoodletoo.com to achieve an optimal result, you will receive an email of regular drawings. If you get this email, do not worry, everything has a solution. The designers will continue to design the order, but it could undergo some modifications to ensure that the result is of the highest quality. If the order had a colored background, it is possible that one of the changes that we have to make is that the background becomes white to improve the contrast of the drawings and to prevent imperfections from being noticed. As the drawings are regular, the product will go to the production queue because the designers will have to edit a drawing, therefore, you will receive an email with the previous image a few days later. It is important that when the email with the previous image reaches you, you carefully confirm that everything is fine.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN MAIL OF SUBSANABLE DRAWINGS

“Oh … oh … correctable drawings”

If you have received this email, it means that some of the drawings do not comply with the indications marked on Letsdoodletoo.com and their quality is insufficient to reach our final product quality standards. The reasons why they do not meet the requirements may be the following: Drawings are not properly scanned. The attached files are photographs, which are not allowed. Images are too dark or out of focus. There is more than one character in the drawing or is it a landscape, collage, etc).

Forward correctly scanned drawings to hello@letsdoodletoo.com indicating in the subject of the email “Correction of order drawings (and order number)”. Please remember that they have to be scanned drawings in .JPG or .PNG format. If you have received this email, the product will go to the production queue because the designers will have to scan again, edit a drawing, wait for the drawings to arrive … therefore, the email with the previous image could take a while to reach you. . It is very important that when the email with the previous image reaches you, you carefully confirm that everything is fine.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN MAIL OF UNUSABLE DRAWINGS

“We are sorry, but … your request has not been accepted”

If you have received this email, regretting it very much, the order drawings do not meet the specifications set by Letsdoodletoo.com, so we cannot start the design process of this order. The reasons why they do not meet the requirements may be the following:

The attached files are photographs, which are not allowed. The drawings are made on paper that is not plain white. Remember that drawings on grid paper, colored paper … are NOT acceptable. There is more than one character in the drawing. Your drawing is a landscape, it presents many characters and details. Your drawing is made with tools that are not valid. Your drawing is not made with markers and pencils. Collage drawings, oil paintings, made with almost imperceptible super fine lines are not suitable The names have not been placed above the character … The quality of the documents is totally insufficient: dark, out of focus images, poor quality images. Therefore, if you receive this email, feeling very sorry means that, due to the insufficient quality of the attached drawings, your order will be canceled and refunded unless new drawings that meet our specifications are resent.
