Purchase confirmation date

Following the timelines on our website, we can guarantee that the order will be delivered on time. We work on the basis of “first-come, first-served”, so once the product is ready to be shipped, the order dispatch will depend on the moment the mockup design was accepted.

Production time

The following timelines are an estimate for the entire production time, it may vary depending on the customisation and the purchased item. The stages of production are:

1. Reception of the order.
2. Review of the attached files (in case of a customisation with drawings).
3. Design of the product.
4. Mockup design is sent to the customer, which he or she must accept or decline (in case there are any mistakes in the design).
5. Once the mockup design is accepted, the product goes into printing and sewing.
6. Quality supervision prior to shipping.

Delivery date

The Let’s Doodle Too team will not be held accountable for the delivery time of orders which wished to be received by the customer outside of the calendar or timelines shown above. If you wish to receive your order before a specific date outside of our pre-established timelines, please contact us directly before placing your order to confirm if it’s possible. 

Products on (permanent) sale

The class souvenirs and other products with permanent discounts do not adhere to the same delivery time as the rest of the products, and therefore they might arrive separately. The permanent discounts will be applied to your final price once the products have been added to the shopping cart, and as long as the number of items is equal or over the amount required for the discount to apply.

Discounts

The discounts shown on this website or on social media will only be applicable on specific dates and conditions. Before completing your order, discount codes must be introduced in the designated box once the products have been added to your shopping cart.

IMPORTANT!

The class souvenirs (products on sale) are not guaranteed to arrive with the collective gift for the teacher, and in some instances they may even arrive after the end of the school term.
